The Amanah Leadership Workshop_Cohort 2 builds on the success of its inaugural program, continuing Amanah Foundation’s mission to empower Afghan youth, especially young women, through leadership development, mentorship, and global engagement.
Organized in cooperation with George Mason University’s Center for Leadership & Intercultural Engagement (CLIE), the second cohort expands both reach and impact, bringing together a new generation of emerging leaders committed to education, resilience, and social change.

Following the success of Cohort 1, the second cohort represents a significant step forward in scale and ambition. With increased participation and continued collaboration with global educators and practitioners, the program strengthens its role as a platform for developing confident, skilled, and socially engaged young leaders.Cohort 2 reflects not only growth in numbers, but also a deepening commitment to creating meaningful opportunities for Afghan youth to connect, learn, and lead.
